Vincent Digital provides custom software development services — including web applications, dashboards, data analysis tools, reporting systems, workflow automation, internal tools, portals, and integrations — along with optional dedicated hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Quotes and scope
Starting prices shown on this website are indicative only and are not final quotes. Every project is scoped individually; the final scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. Requests submitted through this website do not create a binding commitment on either side.
Payment
Payment terms — including deposits and milestones where applicable — are specified in your project agreement. Hosting and support are billed on a recurring monthly basis as described on the Hosting page.
Hosting and support
Hosting is provided month-to-month as described on the Hosting page. Either party may end hosting arrangements with reasonable notice. Support covers the application we built and host; new features or significant changes are scoped separately.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and workflow, to give timely feedback during development, and to confirm you have the right to share any files or data you provide to us.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the final custom application developed specifically for you. Vincent Digital retains rights to pre-existing tools, general know-how, and reusable internal components developed independently of your project.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details, business information, and shared files confidential, and to use them only for the purpose of the engagement.
Warranties and liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, services are provided "as is", and we make no other warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
